  I don't really understand how some residents here don't seem to be happy with how the office is run here. I've been living for a year and a half and people that run this place has been of excellent service. Reminders were consistent and follow ups were do to check if everything was OK! The office here is always avalable to any questions, especially Jackie that takes her time to answer all my questions and inquiries, she made sure that everything was going right. I did not expect to be closer with the employees here but they are just really awesome. Keep up the good work and don't change anything. You guys are perfect.

  I have banked here for years. All the people are helpful and courteous. when there is a line, it is usually fairly fast moving. I get free checking and high interest rates. I also had a car loan from there for a really low interest rate. What's not to like? They are local, they hire local people, they pay a living wage and they do not rob you with fees on everything like B of A, Wells Fargo and Chase. also they have not beggared the country with criminal activity as the above 3 banks have

• Review of "E G Kendall Co" at Vallejo

  Traveled a great distance to use Mr. Kendall's service on the recommendation of an acquaintance. After nearly two months of watching and waiting, he FINALLY filed our Federal return....however, he NEVER filed our State return. Called him numerous times to inquire about delays. If we were fortunate enough to catch him in his office, he had some vague c**k and bull excuse as to why they had not been filed. Tax day came and went. Still, no State return filed. Just received notice from Feds advising that they deducted what we owed the state from our federal return. Grrrr!! So frustrating. Mr. Kendall is extremely unprofessional, he is rarely ever in his office or available by phone, his voicemail is ALWAYS full, and he is clearly incompetent and appears to be borderline senile. I'm sure at one time he may have been a capable CPA, however those days are long gone. We have yet to receive a bill, but I anticipate a fight as we are highly unsatisified and do not intend to pay any more than necessary for his 'services'. We will be looking for a CPA closer to home next year. My advice? Avoid EG Kendall Co.
